Recap of 2008 Men's Conference

On a beautiful mid-April day, 2,200+ gathered for the 2008 Boston Catholic Men's Conference at Boston College's Conte Forum.

Attendees commented how pleased they were that the Conferences were being hosted by Boston College, the largest Catholic college in the region and in a venue with great sight-lines to watch the speakers in Conte Forum.

Some highlights:

• Over 2,200 came to the Conferences, which occured during a very busy weekend with the Pope's visit to the US, the Boston Marathon, and school vacation!
• 100 priests turned out to hear Confessions and experience the day! Thank you to our priests!
• Our speakers, Tarek Saab, Father Peter Grover, Bishop Robert Hennessey, Professor Peter Kreeft and Jack Shaughnessy were moving, funny and inspirational.
• We closed the day with the celebration of Mass led by Cardinal Sean O'Malley.
